In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 38.5 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
I move on to the menu.
For breakfast I had sandwiches with whole wheat bread (55gr), low-fat cheese (70g) and a bit of pomelo (100g).
Green tea, Vitaminka and omega -3 - finished breakfast.
Breakfast came on 415 kcal.
After breakfast, I decided to try a new retseptik baking, good work was not particularly long. I called the new creation - cheese donuts.
These are turned my handsome!
And of course I had a snack - a donut and green tea. It is necessary to try that I have finally succeeded. Snack 125 kcal.
Well, that I was still a chicken broth and pasta durum wheat, because suddenly I had to go on business.
I had lunch with chicken soup - 450 g - 225 kcal.
Because immediately after lunch I went on business, all my plans for dinner were only plans.
I had to return home quickly prepare themselves what was in there. And there was a chicken thigh fillets, which I and fry on the grill with spices. For chicken (200g) I added vegetables (170 g), olive oil (5g).
Dinner turned on 400 kcal.
3 hours before bedtime, I ate a jar soft cheese -120 g - 95 kcal.
Total for the day came in 1260 kcal.
Norma could not drink the water, but I was close to the goal)
