Excellent appetizer or snack!
Ingredients:
250 gr. hard cheese
200 gr. flour
120 gr. butter
Article 7. l. cream
1 h. l. salt
red pepper and rosemary to taste
Preparation:
1. Cheese grate. You can use any cheese or cheese leftovers from cutting.
2. Add cheese salt, pepper or dried herbs.
3. Pour into a bowl with the flour and cheese.
4. Grind all the ingredients possible into a homogeneous mass.
5. Butter cut into cubes and also to shift in a bowl with cheese dough.
6. Pour the cream and knead the dough.
7. The finished dough roll out to a rectangle, not more than 5 mm thick.
8. Cut the dough long, thin strips. But too thin. pieces of dough should keep in shape, and not turn into a home-made noodles.
9. Baking tray lay a baking paper and brush with oil.
10 Arrange the strips of dough on a baking sheet.
11. Bake at 200 degrees straw no more than 10 minutes.
Serve chilled cheese sticks.
