There are many ways to make delicious chicken. I will share one of them today. To make the chicken juicy with a beautiful, golden crust, I recommend using the baking sleeve. It is thanks to him that the meat is evenly baked and saturated with its own juice and the aroma of seasonings. The recipe is quite simple and the result is very good. This chicken can be prepared for both a family dinner and a festive meal. I recommend giving it a try.

Ingredients:

Chicken - 2 kg.

Seasoning for poultry - 1 tsp

Ground paprika - 0.5 tsp

Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Salt to taste

Step by step recipe:

1. To cook whole chicken in the oven in the sleeve, prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list. It is better to choose a fresh bird that has not been frozen. The most optimal weight is about 2 kg.

2. In a small bowl, combine dry spices: salt, ground paprika and poultry (meat) seasoning. Mix thoroughly.

3. Add vegetable oil and garlic squeezed through a press. Stir until gruel is formed.

4. Rinse the chicken thoroughly under running water, if there are remains of feathers, be sure to remove. Dry the carcass and massage the fragrant, spicy mass into it.

5. Place it in a baking bag, tie it up and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. It is advisable to start cooking this dish in the evening and place the bird in the refrigerator for the whole night. After the expiration of time, the carcass is well saturated with seasonings, their aromas and tastes.

6. Place the chicken sleeve on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 1.5 hours. Cooking time will depend on the size of the main ingredient as well as your oven. When the chicken turns brown, carefully cut the sleeve and pierce it with a knife. If the secreted juice is light, the meat is ready.

7. Chicken in the oven, baked whole in a sleeve, turns out to be very juicy, soft, tasty and aromatic.

Serve hot. The whole chicken looks very beautiful and impressive. Use rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish, and don't forget about fresh vegetables.
