Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread - 2 large sheets

Filling:

  • cottage cheese - 400 g
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
  • sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • raisins - 50 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g

Fill:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sour cream - 100 ml
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the raisins.
50 g of my raisins and pour boiling water. We leave for 10 minutes. Drain the prepared raisins and dry them with paper towels.

2. Cooking the filling.
Put 400 g of cottage cheese of any fat content in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons to it. sugar, add 2-3 tbsp. sour cream and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Mix everything well.

3. Also pour prepared raisins into the filling. Mix again.

4. We take a sheet of pita bread and fold it so that it fits in size to the form in which we will bake the pie.
Cut the lavash into rectangular pieces of about the same width as the baking dish. I took 2 sheets of pita bread and I cut each into 3 pieces.

5. Put curd filling in each piece of pita bread and twist it with a tube. Put about 1.5 tablespoons in one tube. fillings. So we twist all the tubes.

6. Grease the baking dish with butter.
Put all the tubes in the prepared form. The size of my form is 26 cm * 19 cm.

7. Preparing the filling for the cake.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. sugar and pour 100 ml of sour cream. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.

8. Pour all the lavash tubes with the prepared filling.
We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 25 minutes.

The pie turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. It is so easy to prepare that everyone can handle it.
