Delicious, hearty and healthy salad. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner!
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of chicken
250 gr. chinese cabbage
cucumber
2 peppers
200 gr. natural yoghurt
4 tomatoes
2 boiled hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation:
1. Chicken fillet cut into pieces and lightly beat off with a hammer.
Season with salt and pepper.
2. Fry the chicken in a pan-grill in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil until brown.
Remove the meat from the pan and allow to cool.
3. Chinese cabbage wash, dry and tear into pieces by hand.
4. Cucumber and sweet pepper rinse. Cucumber cut into sticks.
Peppers cleaned of seeds. Then also cut into strips.
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl of cabbage and season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Chicken fillet cut into long strips.
Put the vegetables.
6. Prepare salad dressing: mix the yogurt, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
7. Dress the salad with yogurt dressing.
8. Cut the washed tomatoes into slices
9. Boil eggs, cool, peel and beautifully cut into 4 pieces.
10. Share on egg salad and slices of tomato.
Season salad to taste with salt and pepper.
Salad immediately serve.
