And today, marking the round date, especially for our beloved visitors, we have prepared a cake recipe with a very rich, rich, bright taste.

All the attention of the recipe is focused only on the preparation of the biscuit. It turns out to be so self-sufficient that it does not require additional impregnation with syrups, or any complex creams. Enough boiled condensed milk of good quality and a delicious cake is provided. Although it is very interesting to experiment with different combinations.

Ingredients:

For a biscuit:

Wheat flour - 160 g

Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.

Chicken egg - 5 pcs.

Instant coffee - 2 tbsp. l.

Walnuts - 70 g

Bitter chocolate - 180 g

Corn starch - 4 tbsp. l.

Baking powder - 15 g

Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.

Whiskey - 70 ml

Cream - 150 ml

Salt - 0.5 tsp l.

For the cream:

Boiled condensed milk - 0.5 cans

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients required for the cake according to the list. Bitter chocolate can be replaced with dark chocolate, but it is preferable to take one in which the percentage of cocoa is higher. Whiskey, due to its absence, can be replaced with cognac or rum, you can use Beilis, but then you need to take 120 ml of it, and 100 ml of cream.

Step 2: Heat the cream and brew your favorite instant coffee in it. If you prefer freshly brewed, then take 50 ml of brewed strong coffee and 100 ml of cream. Lightly fry the washed walnut kernels and, after cooling, grind them in a coffee grinder. Chop the chocolate finely with a knife.

Step 3: Mix wheat flour, corn starch, salt and baking powder and sift through a sieve. Beat chicken eggs with granulated sugar with a mixer for 5 minutes.

Step 4: First add the liquid ingredients to the egg cocktail: olive oil, whiskey, coffee with cream. Mix. Then add flour mixture, chopped chocolate and ground nuts. Stir everything actively, but not for long.

Step 5: Grease a baking dish with olive oil or any vegetable oil, pour the dough into it. If it is made of silicone, then there is no need to lubricate. Bake the biscuit in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (40-60 minutes). It is better to navigate by the characteristics of your oven and a dry speck.

Step 6: Cool the finished biscuit for 5-10 minutes in the form, then remove and completely cool on the wire rack. You can collect the cake right away, but it is better to give the biscuit more time to “ripen”, so its taste will become more intense. Wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it until the next day.

Step 7: Cut the biscuit into 3 cakes and coat with boiled condensed milk. Decorate to your liking. In the style of minimalism, when decorating - leave 1/3 of the "boiled" and coat the cake with it, sprinkle with coconut. Biscuit, waffle or nut crumbs, as well as almond petals, serve as an alternative to shavings.
