A delicious and hearty meal can be prepared in half an hour, especially if fresh and flavorful vegetables are still available. So, I propose an excellent recipe - turkey stew with the addition of aromatic pepper, young zucchini, potatoes, carrots and onions. All together the products create an excellent composition, vegetables so imbue the dish with their aroma that it is impossible to tear yourself away from the plate. For a spicy note of stew, garlic will do the trick. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili powder or just hot pepper.

Ingredients:

Turkey fillet - 300 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Zucchini - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Dill - 3 branches

Water - 70 ml

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Use fresh turkey fillets, not frozen.

2. Rinse the meat under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into medium sized pieces.

3. Peel carrots and onions, wash and dry. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into half rings or cubes - whatever you like.

4. Peel the bell peppers from seeds and partitions, rinse and chop randomly. Peel and wash the potato tubers, cut into medium-sized cubes. It is also necessary to peel the cloves of garlic, cut into plates or small cubes.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. First shift the carrots, onions and turkey - fry them for about 4-5 minutes. Then add potatoes, peppers, garlic.

6. Rinse the zucchini and dry. Cut it into cubes, send it to the pan with vegetables. Cook the dish for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After a while, make the fire quieter, add water, salt and pepper. Simmer the stew, covered, for 20 minutes.

7. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the finished vegetable stew with turkey with chopped dill and arrange on plates.

Serve with homemade pickles and herbs.
