Homemade cakes are always tastier than store baked goods. If you like simple quick pies, use this recipe. Charlotte with pears and apples is a delicious pie that everyone can cook. The main thing is to stick to proportions and have a mixer available. You can, of course, beat the dough by hand, but then the preparation will take more time and effort. The finished cake turns out to be lush, airy and aromatic. Fruits add some piquancy to it. Try it!

Ingredients:

Chicken egg - 4 pcs.

Wheat flour - 1 glass

Sugar - 1 glass

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Apple - 1 pc.

Pear - 1 pc.

Butter - for lubricating the mold

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare the food you need. Sift the flour several times to enrich it with oxygen. Choose fruits with a slight sourness and dense structure.

You will also need a 200 ml glass, a split form with a diameter of 18 cm and parchment.

2. Whisk the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar.

3. Beat with a mixer until the sugar crystals are dissolved. The egg mixture should be much lighter and grow well.

4. Add flour with baking powder, which also needs to be sieved through a sieve.

5. Stir the dough until smooth. In consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.

6. Wash the apple and pear, peel and cut into medium cubes.

7. Add the fruit slices to the dough and mix again.

8. Cover the baking dish with parchment, grease the sides with butter and lay out the dough. Scroll the form clockwise several times so that it is evenly distributed.

9. Bake charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Baking times may vary slightly, depending on the capabilities of your oven.

10. Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it stand for a while. Then transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool completely.

11. A fragrant lush charlotte with apples and pears is ready.

This pie is served cut with tea, milk or cocoa. If desired, the charlotte can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
