If you have planned gatherings with your friends and do not know what to cook, but you want to serve something unusual and healthy, try this salad with grapes, figs and mozzarella - they will definitely appreciate it. All the ingredients in the dish combine well in taste, while the salad is low in calories and very beautiful in appearance. You can also grill chicken breast for it - these two dishes are just perfect for each other.

It will be great to serve white or red dry wine, brut champagne with such a salad - but what else is needed for a pleasant bachelorette party with girlfriends?

Ingredients:

Lettuce salad 50 g

Grapes 100 g

Figs 100 g

Mozzarella 80 g

Parmesan 5 g

Olive oil 5 g

Sea salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste

Raw cured meat 20 g

Preparation:

1. We will prepare all the products according to the list. Wash grapes and figs under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Divide the lettuce into leaves, wash each one under running water, dry thoroughly with paper towels. Tear them into small pieces with your hands and place on a serving dish.

3. If the grapes are large, they should be cut in half, otherwise it will be inconvenient to eat, and thus it is easy to remove the seeds with a teaspoon, if any. Cut the mozzarella balls into two parts, put everything on top of the lettuce.

4. Cut off the tail of the figs, cut the fruit into slices or slices. Tear the cured meat into thin slices with your hands, place on top of a dish.

5. Now the salad should be lightly sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil, a little salt and pepper to your liking. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater, sprinkle it on the dish so that it covers all the ingredients.

6. Salad with grapes, figs and mozzarella is ready.

Serve immediately after cooking. The result is a very tasty, juicy, slightly sweetish, slightly salty salad - in general, the girlfriends will be delighted, I assure you.
