Minced turkey cutlets will appeal to everyone who loves meat. Turkey is much tastier and healthier than chicken, so it is often included in the diet even for children and people who are on a diet. You can cook cutlets in the oven, grilled, steamed or, as in our version, in a pan - the easiest and fastest way.
In order not to interrupt the taste of turkey, you should not add various rich spices and herbs here. It is also better to leave aside additives like potatoes and loaves - after all, these will no longer be cutlets, or rather, the taste will be lost at times.

Ingredients:
Turkey fillet - 300 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Dry garlic - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. Use only chilled and fresh turkey fillets.
Cut the meat into small pieces. Peel the onion, rinse, chop and add to the turkey.
Transfer the fillet and onion to the bowl of a kitchen blender. Grind everything at high revs.
Transfer the prepared minced meat to a bowl. Add dry garlic, salt and ground pepper. Drive in a chicken egg here.
Mix the minced meat thoroughly. After that, you need to beat it off several times, so that in the end you get a denser mass. Form small cutlets, grind with flour.
Fry them in vegetable oil on both sides for three minutes.
Delicious, juicy and soft minced turkey cutlets are ready. Serve them with vegetables, sauces, pickles, herbs, etc.
