Ingredients for cooking:
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Kefir (or any liquid fermented product) - 300 ml
Sugar - 160-180 g
Vegetable oil - 150 ml
Disintegrant - 1.5 hours. l.
Vanilla - to taste
Salt - a couple of pinches, for the balance of taste
Flour - 280-300 g
In a bowl break the eggs, add sugar, vanilla, salt and mixer begin whipping, first at minimum speed, then add the speed. After some time, the mass turns white, will be lush - maybe even remain small grains of sugar, but nothing wrong with that.
Next pour kefir, preferably room temperature, vegetable oil, again with a mixer making just a few turns.
Add the remaining ingredients - baking powder and flour. Also, beat with a mixer. The dough should not get thicker.
From said quantities of ingredients is obtained a sufficiently large cake, so baking dish not take small. I rectangular glass shape, measuring approximately 20 by 30 cm. Lubricates matched form with butter and a little sprinkle flour or veiled parchment paper - I prefer the second option because it is easier to get the cake from the mold.
