A delicious lunch or dinner can be naval pasta with tomato paste. For their preparation I used the products "feathers", but it is not necessary to take them, absolutely any that your family prefers will do. With the addition of tomato paste to the minced meat, the dish acquires juiciness, brightness and unusual taste. Such pasta is prepared quite simply, the main thing is the desire and availability of the necessary ingredients. So, let's begin!

Ingredients:
Pasta - 500 g.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Pork - 400 g.
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Water - 50 ml.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by step recipe:
To cook naval pasta with tomato paste, we will prepare the products according to the list for the recipe.
Cut the peeled and washed onion head into small cubes. We will send the slices to the pan with heated vegetable oil.
Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown.
While it is being prepared, let's do the minced meat. To do this, rinse the meat under running water, dry it with paper towels and cut into small pieces. Then we pass them through a meat grinder with a fine or medium wire rack.
For this recipe, you can use not only pork, but also other types of meat, or you can purchase ready-made chilled minced meat, which is sold in many supermarkets.
When the onion reaches the desired condition, add the minced meat to it.
Using a wooden spatula, we try to break up all the large lumps that may form during frying. While stirring, cook the minced meat over low heat for about 7 minutes. As soon as it brightens, add salt, black pepper and tomato paste.
Mix thoroughly and pour in some water. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
At this time, we will do the pasta. We put them in boiling salted water and, guided by the instructions on the package, we boil until cooked, or even better, to the state "Al dente", which means - on a tooth, that is, the pasta should be soft on the outside, but a little hard on the inside, and when bitten spring.
Throw the boiled feathers in a colander, and then transfer them back to the cooking pot.
We will also send the gravy with minced meat there and mix thoroughly.
Delicious naval pasta with tomato paste are ready. We serve them hot, with herbs and vegetables.
