Ingredients: sole carcasses, dried parsley, lemon, salt, sesame seeds, ground white crackers, white ground pepper, any fish seasoning, vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet, sesame seeds for sprinkling ready meal
Cooking method:
Defrost the sea tongue, rinse it with cold water, drain the water. For the marinade, cut half a lemon and squeeze all the juice into a bowl. Do not throw away the squeezed lemon, but cut into slices, they will still be useful to you. Put dried parsley, white pepper and seasoning in a bowl with juice. Stir the mixture. Cover the fish with marinade and leave for 30 minutes. Prepare the breading. To do this, pour sesame seeds into the ladle and put salt. Roast on fire until a characteristic nutty smell appears. Cool down.
Grind sesame seeds in a blender (I cooked whole, I like it better) and combine with ground breadcrumbs. Stir. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil. Cut the sea tongue carcasses into two or three parts, roll in sesame breading and put on a baking sheet. Place squeezed lemon slices over the fish pieces. Place the tray with the fish in the oven and bake at 220° for 25 minutes. Bon Appetit!
