If you have a little minced meat and some vegetables at home, then you can cook a wonderful lunch or dinner for the whole family, such casseroles are most often prepared by my mother.
It turns out very tasty, healthy and does not harm the figure, which is especially pleasant. This time, in addition to the minced chicken, there was a little cabbage in the refrigerator. They immediately remembered that there was still some frozen peppers in the freezer.
Chop the cabbage together with the onion finely with a blender and add to the minced meat. There should be visually twice as much cabbage as minced meat. Add some frozen chopped peppers, one or two eggs.
Cabbage can be substituted for zucchini, eggplant, pre-cooked green beans, carrots, etc.
Of course, you need to add a little salt, pepper or other spices. Mix everything and gently level.
We send to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Then, when the casserole is ready, sprinkle with a little grated cheese and put it back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes so that it melts.
Serve the casserole immediately while hot.
