I suggest baking yeast dough rolls with apple-cinnamon filling for tea. The buns come out soft, fragrant and tender.
Ingredients:
Milk - 150 ml.
Butter - 100 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Wheat flour - 2 st.
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar - 180 g
Boiled condensed milk - 3 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Cinnamon - ½ tsp
Apples - 4 pcs.

Step 1 - Prepare products according to the list.
Step 2 - The first step is to prepare the dough. Add 4 tablespoons of flour and yeast to warm milk, mix thoroughly until the lumps dissolve. Yeast can be taken dry, fast-acting or fresh. The latter rise better, make the baking more airy.
Step 3 - Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place to rise. The dough should grow well in volume, for different yeasts it may take different times - from 15 to 30 minutes. If during this time period the dough has not risen, knead a new one, but with the addition of other yeast.
Step 4 - Melt the butter (80g). Into the dough, add an egg, melted butter, sugar (100 g). Stir until smooth.
Step 5 - With the addition of flour, knead a soft dough that sticks slightly to your hands. We put it in a bowl, cover with a napkin and put it in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. I heat the water in a saucepan to 60 degrees, cover it with an inverted lid and place the container with the dough on it.
Step 6 - It may take a little more or less time to rise, the dough should increase in volume by 2-3 times.
Step 7 - Lubricate the hands and the countertop with vegetable oil, knead the dough and, without the help of a rolling pin, level it with our hands into a layer 1 cm thick.
Step 8 - Lubricate with melted butter, which can not be heated too much, just enough to be soft.
Step 9 - Next, grease the layer with boiled condensed milk. Cover the baking sheet or baking dish with parchment.
Step 10 - Peel the apples and three on a coarse grater. Spread the grated apple mass evenly on the dough.
Step 11 - Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 12 - Roll the dough into a roll, pinch along the edges. We cut the workpiece into 12 identical parts.
Step 13 - Place the rolls cut down on a baking sheet.
Step 14 - Brush with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar.
Step 15 - We send the baking sheet into the oven already preheated by that time for about 30-35 minutes, bake at 180 degrees until browning. Be guided by your oven.
Step 16 - Our burgers are ready. Let them cool down a bit and serve.
