The usual weekend dish - an omelet with tomatoes and sausage - is tasty, fast and affordable, and most importantly, all family members like it. It is not necessary to cook his special skill and intelligence, so everyone loves omelets. There are a huge number of variations of this dish, you can endlessly experiment with additives - vegetables, meat delicacies, herbs, cheeses, etc.

You can serve an omelet to the table both for breakfast and for lunch and even dinner - it will always be appropriate. Today we will add sausage and tomatoes, a little onion and a couple of drops of your good mood. We will cook in a frying pan, but if desired, the omelet can be baked or cooked in the microwave.

So, some 20 minutes and you can call your family to the table, let's get started!

Ingredients:

Boiled sausage - 100 g

Tomatoes - 3 pcs.

Bulb onions - 0.5 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Milk - 50 ml

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Description:

1. Prepare all required ingredients. Sausage can be cooked or smoked - whichever you prefer. Tomatoes get ripe, fleshy, sweet. If the onion is small, take one piece, half of the large will be enough.

2. Cut the boiled sausage into cubes or oblong strips. Heat a frying pan over low heat, pour in a spoonful of odorless vegetable oil.

3. Wash and dry ripe tomatoes, cut out the place of growth of the stalk. Chop tomatoes arbitrarily - cubes, slices - there is no special value. Peel and rinse the onion, dice it.

4. Drive a couple of chicken eggs into a deep bowl, pour in a portion of milk immediately.

5. Use a whisk or fork to gently stir the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste, you can spice.

6. Initially fry the sausage and onion, after a couple of minutes add the tomatoes and fry everything together for 4-5 minutes - do not forget to stir the components periodically.

7. Pour the omelet mixture into the pan, cover the container with a lid. Cook over low heat.

8. Literally 8-10 minutes and an omelet with tomatoes and boiled sausage is ready.

You can immediately spread out on plates, add fresh vegetables or pickles and serve.
