Pita bread rolls. You can fry in a pan, you can bake in the oven. Any cottage cheese or jam can be used for the filling, but in our family they love apple filling most of all.
Recipe:
lavash -2 pcs
apples -5-6 pcs
sugar -2-5 tbsp
lemon juice -2-3 tbsp
COOKING METHOD
Peel apples about 5-6 pcs and rub on a coarse grater.
Put in a dry frying pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, for convenience I use ready-made lemon juice, add sugar to taste, I have sweet apples, I add 2 tablespoons. sugar, you add to taste.
Fry until the liquid evaporates for about 5-7 minutes, remove from heat.
We take pita bread and cut it into rectangles.
Put the filling on the edge and wrap the tubes. Now the choice is yours, you can fry in vegetable oil until golden brown or bake in the oven, I baked in the oven today.
Greased with an egg and into the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, or use your oven as your guide.
We serve the finished tubes for morning coffee or tea.
