Today I want to offer you a recipe delicious cheese cake, which can be cooked very quickly in a pan.
Such a flatbread will be good for breakfast, and you can also take it to work for a snack during the day.
A lot, a lot of cheese and the most delicate porous dough - this is a real delight. You can also add fresh herbs or cottage cheese to the dough - the taste of baking will only benefit from this.🥰
📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙
Milk - 1 glass
Sugar - 0.5 tsp l.
Salt - to taste (depending on the salinity of the cheese)
Chicken egg (large) - 1 pc.
Cheese (any low-melting cheese) - 150-200 g;
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp l.
Wheat flour - 1 cup (200 ml)
Vegetable oil - 0.5 tsp l. (for greasing the pan).

The dough for making such a cake will be liquid, so it is more convenient to knead it in a large deep bowl. We drive in an egg, add sugar and a little salt.
✨If your cheese is salty, then you don't need to put salt at all.
Pour the sifted flour here, add baking powder.
And pour in milk. The temperature of the milk does not really matter, but it is better to use food at room temperature.
Mix everything well with a whisk; no flour lumps should remain in the dough. The dough will be closer to pancake consistency.
Now we take the cheese and rub it on a coarse grater and pour it into the dough. This time I have a creamy semi-hard cheese. But with suluguni or similar other cheeses, it turns out better. But, most importantly, the cheese should be fusible!
Mix the dough with cheese. Done!
Now grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, heat it up. And pour out the dough. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the cake for 6-8 minutes. Periodically you need to check if the bottom has started to burn. The top of the cake should set completely, become dull, without areas of damp dough, and the bottom should be well browned.
Turn the cheese cake over to the other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
