I wanted something unusual, it allowed me to show my imagination👩‍🍳 and I was very pleased (not only me, but also my family) with the result. Pancakes 🥞 turned out very tasty 😋

Pancakes with chicken filling

Ingredients: Boiled chicken breast - 🐔 small cube, Leek - half rings, Garlic - 🧄 chop, Vegetable oil for frying, Smoked sweet ground pepper - 🫑, Dried oregano (Oregano), Salt / pepper🧂, Cream cheese (Philadelphia Fresh Herbs), Water 🥛, SAUCE:, Sour cream, Ketchup, Garlic🧄, pancakes

Cooking method:

Pancakes🥞 I always fry according to my previously published recipe:

Boil the chicken breast with salt / peppercorns🧂 and bay leaf. Cool down. Cut into small cubes.

Leek and garlic 🧄 fry for a couple of minutes ♨️ Add chicken meat 🐔, fry until crispy.

Add all the spices🧂 and cream-cheese🧀, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes⏳ Pour in water🥛 and simmer for another 10 minutes⏱

Wrap the resulting filling in a pancake. I made triangles this time😉

Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until crispy.

I served with the usual pink sauce: mix sour cream with ketchup and garlic (proportions to taste😉)
