✅👌Every housewife knows how to quickly and easily cook some chicken dish - after all, poultry meat is cooked the fastest! You can simply bake the chicken, boil it or fry it and serve it with some side dish. And everything seems to be delicious!

Today I offer you a very unusual recipe for chicken, beloved by many. And I really believe that this is the most successful chicken recipe.

The meat turns out to be very soft, fantastically aromatic, with a spicy note and without exaggeration melts in the mouth. And the whole secret lies in an unusual kefir-based sauce.

📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙

Chicken - 1.2-1.8 kg (whole carcass or only legs)
Carrots - 2 pcs. medium size
Onions - 2 pcs.
Kefir (fat content from 3.2% and above) - 700-800 ml
Ready-made mustard - 1 tbsp. l.
Ground paprika - 1 tsp l. (taste)
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
Garlic - 4 cloves
Wheat flour -1 tbsp. l. with a slide

👨🏻‍🍳And now let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First thing let's deal with the main ingredient dishes - chicken. If the carcass is whole, it must be cut into portions. Also, according to this recipe, you can cook shins or thighs, bought by weight. Rinse the prepared chicken, cut and dry paper kitchen towels.

Now we put the pan on the fire, pour in literally 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, put the chopped chicken pieces, and begin to fry over high enough heat. Fry on all sides until a beautiful golden crust is formed. Transfer the finished fried chicken from the pan to any suitable dish for stewing, for example in a cauldron ...

Meanwhile, while the chicken is fried, peel and chop the onion into half rings.

Rub the peeled carrots on a coarse grater.

Pour the onion into the same pan in which the chicken was fried. There should be enough fat left after roasting the poultry to cook vegetables. If the onions start to burn, you can add a drop of sunflower oil. Fry the onions over medium heat until they are translucent and lightly browned.

Pour grated carrots to the onion. Mix and cook everything together for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft.

And then we shift the fried vegetable fry to the chicken.

And now we start making kefir sauce... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Pour kefir into a frying pan or stewpan. Add mustard (choose the pungency at your discretion), paprika, salt, pepper, bay leaf. We pass the garlic through a press or three on a fine grater, and then we also send it to the kefir sauce.

Mix everything, add a spoonful of flour, mix again and heat over low heat for a couple of minutes.

Pour hot kefir sauce to the chicken, mix gently. Simmer over low heat for 40-60 minutes. This time I cooked the dish in a slow cooker, but it turns out just as tasty and tender on the stove.
