Here I share not only my experience of losing weight and menus for the day, but also recipes for dishes that are included in my diet.
Today I want to tell you how I cook meat balls in white sauce. The sauce goes well with any side dish. He turns even dry buckwheat into food of the gods😉
To prepare the dish, I used the following products:
- minced meat - 590 g (I have a turkey breast / pork 50/50, plus an onion),
- sour cream 15% - 100 g,
- corn starch - 10 g,
- onions - 70 g,
- suluguni cheese - 50 g,
- garlic - 15 g
- salt, black pepper, suneli hops, dry garlic, turmeric,
- olive oil for frying no more than 5 g.
Cooking.
We turn the meat into fascia. I pre-rolled the meat into minced meat and gradually use the blanks.
To reduce the calorie content of minced meat, you can take only the breast instead of pork, or add a little thigh or drumstick to the breast.
We generously add spices to the minced meat: salt, black pepper, dry garlic, hops-suneli, turmeric.
We knead well.
We form small balls of meat.
Heat the frying pan well and fry the meat balls for no more than 5 g of olive oil for frying until golden brown.
Then add finely chopped onion and fry until the onion is golden.
Mix in about 1.5 liters of water 100 g of sour cream, 10 g of starch and 15 g of fresh garlic.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs, add the cheese and simmer over medium heat. You can add a little salt to the sauce to taste.
I simmered for about 20 minutes, evaporating excess water, achieving the consistency of the sauce I needed.
