And my family is trying to feed me and my eating low-calorie dishes that got me more. Well, how so? Where is their logic, I'm losing weight?))

By the way, there are several opinions about how much should the meals.

Previously we insisted on 4-5 receptions - reduces hunger and reduce portions.

But recent studies suggest that the frequent meals is kept consistently high levels of hormones - insulin and leptin, the body gets used to it and worsens the metabolism, always want to eat, but also threatens diabetes.

I was thinking that we should go back to my 4 meals, and then relax, though, and all the meals I had in my hallway 1200-1300 kcal.

During the day, even with tea ate 25 grams of dried mango - 60 kcal.
