I propose a recipe for pancakes in milk with the addition of cottage cheese, thanks to which they are obtained with a pleasant milk-curd taste, delicate and soft structure. You can add a pinch of cinnamon or other spices to the dough, then curd pancakes will sparkle with new interesting flavor notes. Ingredients:

Wheat flour -80 gr.

Milk -150 ml.

Cottage cheese -100 gr.

Sugar -2 tbsp

Salt -1 pinch.

Chicken eggs -2 pcs.

Vanilla extract -1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil -2 tbsp. l.

To prepare curd pancakes, products should be at room temperature. To do this, take out everything you need from the refrigerator in about an hour. Heat the milk to a temperature of 40 degrees, it should be slightly warm.

Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Beat at low speed at first, gradually increasing to maximum. This process takes about 4-5 minutes.
