Who does not like pasta, and if also with sauce, then it will be difficult to find such a person. Today I suggest you cook spaghetti with chicken in a creamy sauce - it will turn out delicious, satisfying and nutritious! This option is perfect as a hearty lunch, in addition, you can serve some fresh vegetables or aromatic herbs.
Spaghetti and sauce are indivisible dishes, so we will make the most attractive mix of them. The combination of vegetables, chicken and sour cream is excellent; a clove of garlic, which is responsible for the spicy note of the final dish, fits perfectly here.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti - 150 g
Chicken fillet - 200 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt, pepper - to taste
Paprika - optional
Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
Water - 60 ml
Butter - 30 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Description:
1. Prepare all products from the list. Choose spaghetti durum wheat - the pasta itself will be much tastier, and in terms of calorie content, it is much lower, healthier.
2. Peel the large onion, garlic clove and carrots. Rinse and dry the vegetables.
3. Boil spaghetti traditionally: boil water in a saucepan, add salt, lower pasta, then cook according to the instructions on the package. After the cooking time, drain the water, set the paste aside for a while.
4. Lightly rinse the chicken fillet and dry, then cut into medium pieces.
5. Heat vegetable and butter in a frying pan. First fry the onions and carrots, then add the chicken fillet. Then fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
6. Add a portion of sour cream directly to the pan. At this stage, add salt and pepper, spices that, in your opinion, will be appropriate here. Pour in some water and simmer the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
7. At the end of cooking, add spaghetti directly to the pan, mix everything, warm up and serve immediately.
Cover with hard cheese or parmesan if desired.
