In the summer, it is very easy to stick to such a diet, since vegetables are freely available, inexpensive and very tasty in themselves. Today I propose to cook zucchini in sour cream in the oven. They can be served with rice or bulgur.

For the recipe, it is important to use young fruits that have a delicate skin. Such zucchini will turn out to be excellent in the end. Among other things, you can add other vegetables and spices to your dish to your liking. Well, I propose such a simple and quick recipe that everyone can do, so let's get started.

Ingredients:

Zucchini - 1 pc.

Sour cream - 3 tablespoons

Water - 70 ml

Salt, pepper - to taste

Garlic - 2 cloves

Dill - 3 branches

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the food you need. Immediately turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

2. Wash and dry large zucchini. Trim off the ponytails on both sides. Then cut along, cut the halves into small pieces of medium thickness.

3. In a separate container, mix warm water and sour cream.

4. Rinse and dry the dill, chop finely and add to the sour cream, add the garlic skipped on the press there. Mix.

5. Transfer the zucchini to a heat-resistant form.

6. Pour them with cooked sour cream filling. Transfer the dish to the oven and cook for 25 minutes. After a while, take a sample, if you wish, you can still fill everything with cheese.

Arrange the prepared zucchini on plates, add the side dish and serve.
