Perhaps you have never thought about it, but broccoli is a very useful product for our body. This vegetable-rich vegetable is also an antioxidant, so you need to eat a lot during the season, gaining vitamins and minerals for the winter. One of the easiest recipes to incorporate this cabbage is, of course, a healthy breakfast omelet. It is prepared simply and quickly enough, try it, the dish is really tasty and light.
Ingredients:
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Milk - 3 tablespoons
Broccoli - 150 g
Hard cheese - 20 g
Olive oil - 5 g
Sea salt - to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare all the ingredients listed for a delicious and fluffy broccoli omelet. Wash eggs under running water, dry.
2. The cabbage must be divided into inflorescences. Boil water in a saucepan or small saucepan, add some salt, add broccoli and blanch for 3-4 minutes, no longer. Then discard the inflorescences in a colander, let the water drain completely.
3. Beat chicken eggs into a deep, convenient bowl, pour in milk, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Beat the mixture with a whisk or fork with large teeth until smooth.
5. Lightly grease a frying pan, preferably Teflon-coated, with refined odorless vegetable oil. Better olive of good quality, but you can also creamy if you are sure of its quality and manufacturer. Put the pre-blanched cabbage inflorescences in a skillet. Fry them for literally one minute over medium heat - we will try to save all the nutrients.
6. Pour in the egg-milk mass, turn the heat down. As soon as the eggs in the bottom of the pan begin to set, lift them slightly with a kitchen spatula and allow the liquid to flow under the finished egg.
7. Sprinkle the top of the omelet with your favorite hard cheese grated on a coarse grater, cover the skillet with a lid and let it melt for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
8. The finished broccoli omelet can be served in the same pan in which it was cooked.
Rice cakes or your favorite croutons are perfect for it - this is at your discretion. As you can see, really, everything is very simple and fast enough.
