Recently, a huge number of crab sticks have appeared in our stores for every taste and wallet: from budget to premium. My son just adores them and asks to buy them quite often, so I have to constantly come up with something interesting and tasty that could be prepared from them. Recently I came across this simple, cute salad, it also turned out to be very tasty. Cooking?

Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 200 g

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 80 g

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Tomato - 1 pc.

Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pc.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. To prepare the Red Sea salad, we will prepare all the products according to our list. Defrost the crab sticks directly in the package, so they will not be chapped. Peel them off the film. Boil chicken eggs until tender (from the moment of boiling, 8-10 minutes is enough), cool in ice water, peel. Wash the pepper and tomato under running water, dry slightly.

2. Peel the red bell pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut it together with the tomato into a medium cube. Place the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl.

3. I cut the crab sticks obliquely 1 millimeter thick. If you like a little smaller, cut into small cubes.

4. I grated the chilled peeled eggs on a coarse grater, and the hard cheese on a fine grater. I added them to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

5. Now you need to salt and pepper the dish to your liking, add mayonnaise of good quality and a trusted manufacturer and mix well.

6. The ready-made salad can be served immediately after cooking, or you can let it stand for literally 10 minutes - the vegetables will start juice and the dish will become even juicier. I like both, it depends on the mood.

The Red Sea salad with crab sticks can be prepared not only for a family dinner, it is great for a festive table, guests always eat it with pleasure.
