Chicken broccoli casserole

Ingredients: Broccoli (raw), Chicken fillet (raw), Onion, Medium tomato, Eggs, Cream 33%, Hard cheese, Salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, Herbs

Cooking method:

Note that there is no oil. I did not use oil in this dish.

Divide the cabbage into inflorescences and boil in salted water. Drain the water and, if the inflorescences are large, cut. Cut the chicken fillet (I have a thigh) into small pieces and fry without oil with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning. Chop the tomato and onion and fry in the same fat as chicken. Mix eggs with cream with a mixer. Grate cheese.

Putting together the casserole. Put broccoli in an even layer in a baking dish (I have a round silicone one). Put the fried tomatoes and onions on the cabbage. Next, the fried chicken is laid out. Everything is poured with eggs and cream. Bake in the oven at 180 gr. until the eggs are ready. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake either until the cheese melts or until golden brown. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
