Ingredients: Fresh cucumber, Dry wakame seaweed, Funchose noodles, Salt, Sesame seeds, Soy sauce, Rice vinegar, Lemon juice
Cooking method:
Cut the cucumber into very thin slices. Put in a bowl, add salt, knead, leave aside.
Pour dry wakame seaweed with cold water, leave to absorb moisture. We press well.
The original recipe uses shirataki noodles. I cooked with funchose. Let's prepare the chunchose according to the instructions on the package in the "salad way". Soak the funchose in hot water for 5-7 minutes, take it out, rinse with cold water, put it in a colander to drain excess water.
Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan.
Make the sauce: mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and lemon juice (I did without lemon).
Drain excess water from cucumbers, put cucumbers in a salad bowl. Add squeezed wakame seaweed and ready-made funchose (funchose needs to be cut into pieces 4-5 cm long, it is convenient to do this with scissors). Pour in the sauce, stir.
