Want a delicious pizza for breakfast or just a light snack in just 10 minutes? Then try this mayonnaise dough recipe. This is a simplified version of a traditional Italian meal.

Pizza is cooked in a pan with minimal heat, and not in the oven, you can experiment with the filling. Today I have the usual smoked sausage, olives, onions and, of course, cheese. For those who like more pizza, I recommend adding a tomato.

If you have children, involve them as helpers. They will love to participate in the preparation of their favorite dish. By the way, this recipe will become a lifesaver for you when unexpected guests arrive.

Ingredients:

Dough:

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Baking powder - 0.5 tsp

Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons

Sauce:

Spices to taste

Ketchup - 1 tablespoon

Olive oil - 1 tsp

Filling:

Sausage - 50 gr.

Hard cheese - 50 gr.

Onions - ¼ pcs.

Olives - 5-6 pcs.

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - We prepare the necessary products according to the list.

Step 2 - Break the chicken egg into a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and baking powder. Mayonnaise already contains salt, so we add salt just a little. Mix well. If you don't have baking powder, replace it with baking soda, quenching it with lemon juice.

Step 3 - Gradually stir in the flour.

Step 4 - The dough should be soft, slightly sticking to your hands.

Step 5 - Lubricate the bottom of the pan and hands with vegetable oil. We knead the dough. We form a cake from it immediately in a pan, without the help of a rolling pin. Its thickness is no more than 5 mm.

Step 6 - In a bowl, combine the ketchup, olive oil and spices. Lubricate our pizza base with this sauce. Ketchup can be substituted with tomato sauce.

Step 7 - Three hard cheese on a medium grater, pour 2/3 of the shavings onto the dough.

Step 8 - Cut sausage and olives into thin slices, peeled onions into half rings. Place the slices on top of the cheese. If we want a juicy filling, add tomato slices at this stage.

Step 9 - Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Step 10 - Cover the pan with a lid. We put on the smallest heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 11 - Transfer the hot pizza to a platter, cut into portions. We serve immediately to the table.

Our quick pizza with mayonnaise is ready.
