First of all, you need to think about your health, which melts with increasing weight. You should not wait for the moment when it is unlikely that anything will already help change the situation.

Having difficulty climbing the 2nd floor? Tired of shortness of breath? Do not know how to cope with increased sweating - did not have time to get dressed to go outside, and already all wet and at least wring out your hair? The heart jumps out of the chest, you just have to move a little more, high blood pressure? Do your legs hurt and swell?

Found something of your own in the above? I put a check next to all of the above. It was all there! Exactly It was and left with extra pounds.

Second is to find a way that will help you lose weight once and for all. If you are constantly on strict diets, but the weight still takes its toll in the end - isn't this a reason to think that diets are not yours. Hunger, scanty and not varied food is not for you, hence the breakdowns from diets and even more weight gain.

I went through all this until I found something that helped me lose 60 kg in 2 years. It tastes good to me, I am full and got rid of many ailments that accompany excess weight.

What helped me? This is calorie counting and calorie deficit. But do not immediately think that everything is complicated and you cannot, that it is boring and boring and it takes a lot of time. In our age of technology and the Internet, everything is much simpler than it seems.

Knowing how much you can eat per day in calories, you can easily plan your menu so as not to be hungry and indulge in your favorite snacks.

I'll move on to the menu for the day and a short story about how my May Day went.

My husband and I decided that we need to go to a couple of shops and to the market, which are located in a neighboring town. Where we live (a detached residential complex) - a couple of chain stores and several private shops. You don't always have what you need or really want😉.

And considering that we haven't gone anywhere for a month, a shopping list has accumulated.

But we have introduced passes. My husband has a work pass. I had to order myself a one-time pass for the trip, last night. You never know (we are not lucky) I'll be without a pass - they will definitely stop us, solder the fine.

And what do you think? We did not meet a single police car or traffic police car. In general, I did not see a single law enforcement officer in crowded places. Anyway.

I ran ahead in my story.

But our trip explains why I had such a high-calorie breakfast.

And for breakfast there were 2 eggs and 100 g of sausage cheese. And a few cherry tomatoes for freshness.

Breakfast turned out to be 460 kcal.

Since we went shopping - I didn't have a snack - I decided to eat more satisfying than usual.

For all the time of my about PP, I tried to observe the regimen and meals at about the same time. Distribution of food during the day for 4 meals - does not allow the feeling of hunger to appear.

And today, having skipped a snack, I was really hungry for dinner. This is what the regime and the habit of a uniform supply of energy to the body mean.

But dinner still had to be prepared, something to warm up, both for myself and for the family.

While I was preparing lunch, I could not resist and still ate 30 g of dates with tea and weighed 20 g of peanuts - 160 kcal.

I carried peanuts during the day, not all at once.

For lunch, I had boiled buckwheat (100 g), to which I added mushroom caviar (100 g) and chicken breast baked in a sour cream and mustard marinade (150 g). And some cherry - (50g).

It turned out lunch for 355 kcal.

I'm not a sweet tooth, but for some reason today I wanted something sweet. I walked around and around the chocolate bar and finally poured tea, broke off 20 g from the bar 110 kcal and went to enjoy the movie.

For dinner, which is usually early in our family, I ate 450 g of mushroom soup - 80 kcal.

I waited a bit for dinner to settle down and went to the procedure. Let me remind you that I undergo a course of turpentine baths at home in order to improve skin tone.

After the bath, you should rest under the covers and preferably drink a hot drink.

I specially dined with a light soup, because I made chocolate muffins with cherries, 140 g of which I ate with green tea - 260 kcal.

The last meal I had was 3.5 hours before bedtime.

In just a day it turned out 1425 kcal.
