A very aromatic and tasty appetizer of prunes in bacon. This is an amazing combination of crispy bacon and sweet prunes stuffed with walnuts. Such an appetizer always looks appetizing on any festive table. Your guests will definitely want to try it.
This appetizer with prunes is prepared very simply and without problems. It only needs three simple ingredients: bacon, prunes and walnuts. Bacon can also be smoked.

Ingredients:
- bacon - 600 g
- prunes - 200 g
- walnuts - 50 g
- toothpicks
Step by step recipe
1. 200 g of my prunes and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. For a snack, you will need about 600 g of bacon, remove the skin from it and cut into thin strips. You can also buy pre-cut bacon. When choosing bacon, choose with as much meat as possible.
3. Cut the sliced bacon strips into 2 pieces, each about 10 cm long.
Salt the bacon slices a little.
4. Put a quarter or half of a walnut in each prune. In total, you will need about 50 g of nuts.
5. Wrap the prepared prunes with nuts in a strip of bacon and fasten them with a toothpick.
Put the appetizer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. I got 32 prune snacks.
6. We put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. We bake for about 30 minutes.
Transfer the finished appetizer to a dish decorated with lettuce leaves.
