Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Tomatoes - 3 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Small tomatoes are perfect for this recipe, you can even use cream or cherry tomatoes. Pre-boil chicken fillet in a spicy broth or bake with spices - whichever is more convenient for you.

2. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut into slices. Arrange them randomly on a plate.

3. Rinse and dry fresh fragrant cucumbers, cut the tails. Cut them into wedges, but first check for bitterness. Scatter the cucumbers between the tomato slices.

4. Disassemble the prepared meat into fibers or cut into pieces. Transfer chicken to salad with vegetables.

5. Pre-boil the chicken egg, cool and peel. Remove the yolk, but grate the protein on the finest grater and spread the tender shavings on top of the rest of the ingredients. Thanks to him, the salad will come out incredibly tender. Sprinkle the dish with oil and lemon juice, rub lightly with salt and pepper.

6. Serve the salad directly to the table. It is perfect for both lunch and dinner.
