Today I want to offer you, albeit not a new, but very tasty and favorite dish for many - turkey meatballs. Cooking is quite simple and easy; special culinary skills are not required here - the process is affordable and fast. Turkey meat is ideal as a base, it is tasty, dietary and healthy. As for rice, you can take any, I like to use parboiled long.

Ingredients:

Turkey (fillet) - 300 g

Long rice - 70 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. Prepare all products that are listed. Use fresh turkey fillets, not frozen. Peel and wash the vegetables.

2. Rinse the meat a little under cool water, dry and chop arbitrarily.

3. You can grind fillets both in the bowl of a kitchen blender and using a meat grinder - as you prefer. So, turn the turkey into minced meat.

4. Rice must be washed several times in advance until the water becomes clear. Next, boil it in a double portion of clean water, lightly salt in the process. The cooked rice should cool slightly so that it is convenient to work further.

5. Add minced turkey fillet to the rice.

6. Chop the onion into small cubes, turn the carrots into medium chips using a grater. Lightly simmer vegetables in a greased frying pan.

7. Transfer to a bowl of rice and turkey. Season with salt, pepper, squeeze out a clove of garlic. Add spices to taste if desired. Mix everything thoroughly.

8. Form small meatballs from the prepared mixture. If you suddenly get a lot of semi-finished products, freeze the extra ones.

9. In a frying pan, fry the meat balls on all sides until golden brown.

10. Serve fried turkey meatballs with sour cream or various side dishes that your family loves. It will be delicious with mashed potatoes, vegetables, light cabbage salad or homemade pickles.

Bon Appetit!
