Such recipes help out when you need to quickly feed your relatives. To make the soup really tasty, be responsible for the choice of products, the final result depends on their quality.
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Processed cheese - 1 pc.
Sausages - 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Dill - 3 branches
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Water - 1.5 liters.
Step by step recipe:
1. Prepare the required set of products. Choose high-quality sausages of the highest grade - after cooking they do not lose their shape and remain dense. If you like smoked products, add them, then the soup will turn out with a spicy note. Use cream cheese with a soft texture so that it dissolves well in liquid.
2. Dice the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Heat the oil in a small saucepan with a thick bottom and, stirring occasionally, fry the vegetables until golden brown.
3. Add the diced potatoes.
4. Pour in water and bring to a boil. You can use boiling water immediately to shorten the cooking time. It is convenient when in such cases there is an electric kettle at hand. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes and then add the salt.
5. Free the processed cheese from the foil and cut into arbitrary pieces or grate. Send it to the pot.
6. Add the sliced sausages to the soup after the cheese. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
7. When all ingredients are fully cooked, add finely chopped dill, black pepper and bay leaf. Wait until it boils again and remove the pan from heat.
