Salad with avocado and crab sticks - light, tasty, low-calorie and quick to prepare. Now many housewives often have a pack of crab sticks in the freezer, so this the dish is a great option when guests are on the doorstep, because it may take you less than 15 to prepare it minutes.

Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 150 g

Avocado - 1 pc.

Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 80 g

Natural yogurt (or mayonnaise) - 3 tablespoons

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Sea salt - to taste

Ground pepper - to taste

How to cook:

1. To prepare the salad, we will prepare all the products according to our list. First of all, set the chicken egg to boil. After boiling water, cook it for 8, maximum 10 minutes. Better to set a timer on the oven. After a while, cool the egg in ice water. Crab sticks can be defrosted in advance, or they can be brought directly in the package under lukewarm water, they will melt instantly. Free them from cellophane. Wash and dry the cucumber and avocado.

2. Cut the crab sticks using any method convenient for you. I like it - in large slices, but if you like to chop in small cubes, you can safely do so. Place everything in a deep bowl.

3. Choose an avocado that is soft and ripe, greenish has a tart, not very pleasant aftertaste and tough structure. Peel it and cut it into large cubes. Transfer to a bowl, lightly drizzle with lemon juice to keep the slices from darkening.

4. Then we rub hard cheese. On a fine or coarse grater - it doesn't matter. Add the cheese shavings to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

5. By this time, the egg should have definitely cooled in cold water. We clean it from the shell, rub it on a grater or chop it with a knife. Be sure to pepper the salad with freshly ground black pepper and, if desired, salt. We fill with natural yogurt without additives or mayonnaise, if you are not afraid of extra calories.

Stir the salad thoroughly, arrange in portions and serve as a cold snack.
