Tasty, fast and simple - this is the motto of the salad with sausage and croutons. At first it seems as if the dish simply combined all the products that were lying around in the refrigerator, and nevertheless the taste of the salad is so bright and colorful that you want to repeat it again! In this case, you can replace products with almost the same, but with a different taste: rye croutons for white with spices, smoked sausages for dairy or doctor's sausages, etc. The main thing is that you and yours like the taste of the prepared dish. relatives.

Traditionally, salad with meat ingredients or eggs is seasoned with mayonnaise, but on store shelves on today there is such a variety of this sauce that you will have to navigate in it yourself. Do not forget about fresh herbs: green basil or arugula are especially bright in a duet with fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Smoked sausage - 150 g

Tomatoes - 3 pcs.

Bulb onions - 0.5 pcs.

Arugula - 1 bunch

Rye croutons - 0.5 pack

Mayonnaise - 1.5 tablespoons

Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook:

1. Disassemble a bunch of arugula with your hands, tear off the tails from the stems and rinse in water. Pat dry with a paper towel and tear with your hands straight into a deep bowl. Green basil or lettuce can be used in place of arugula.

2. Wash fresh tomatoes in water, cut green cuttings, and cut each fruit in half. Cut the halves into medium-sized pieces and add to the container. If you do not like tomato peels in your dishes, then pour boiling water over the tomatoes for 3-5 minutes in advance, then move them into ice water and peel them off, cutting them crosswise from the bottom.

3. Cut the smoked sausage into cubes or cubes, add to the rest of the ingredients. When buying, choose a quality product so that it does not spoil the taste of the whole dish.

4. Add croutons purchased or pre-made on our website. They can be both rye and white or black bread.

5. Put mayonnaise of any fat content, salt and pepper the dish. Gently stir the entire contents of the bowl together so that the dressing is wrapped around all the cuts.

Transfer the salad with smoked sausage, tomatoes, and croutons to plates or in a salad bowl. Serve it immediately before the tomatoes have time to release the juice and the croutons are not soaked. That is why there is no need to prepare such a dish in advance, it is better to just rinse and cool the food in the refrigerator.
