Ingredients: Chicken thighs, Water, Parsley as desired, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Laurel, Small carrots, Noodles: large egg, water, salt, flour plus for sprinkling, butter, vegetable for brewing
Cooking method:
Put our thighs, 1 carrot and 1 onion into the water. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil the broth until the meat falls away from the bone. Cut the meat into pieces and return to the pot. We get carrots and onions, we no longer need them.
Three carrots on a Korean grater, cut into cubes and sauté in butter and vegetable oil mixed together.
