Having a multicooker available, you can cook in it a hearty dish for lunch or dinner, for example, stewed cabbage with minced meat. This will take a small amount of time, because the technique often prepares everything without your participation, the main thing is to put the necessary ingredients in the bowl.
To prevent the dish from being bitter in taste, purchase fresh cabbage. Pay attention to the stump from below - if mold is slightly visible on it or it is weathered, then it is better not to buy such a vegetable.
You can take any minced meat: pork / beef / chicken, etc., both fatty and low-fat, with a minimum amount of fat. Moreover, when using lean minced meat, it is advisable to slightly increase the amount of vegetable oil. You can stew cabbage with tomato paste or with ground paprika - additives give the dish a more colorful color and bright taste.
Ingredients:
Cabbage - 0.8 kg
Minced meat - 350 g
Ground paprika - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Onions - 1 pc.
How to cook:
1. Peel the onion, rinse in water and cut into small cubes, first cutting in two. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl - you can replace it with melted pork or goose fat. Spoon the onion slices and add the minced meat, dividing it by hand. Activate the "Fry" mode on the multicooker display for 5 minutes, fry its contents, stirring from time to time without closing the lid.
2. At this time, remove the top leaves from the cabbage fork, cut it into large ribbons - fine slicing is unacceptable, since when stirring in a stewed state, it will turn into porridge.
3. By this time, the minced meat with sliced onions will be passaged, combined and stewed in its own juice.
4. Change the mode on the multicooker display to "Stewing", set it on the timer for 30 minutes and put the cabbage slices into the bowl.
5. Pour the ground paprika into a container immediately, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Close the appliance with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes, then stir gently. If the extracted juice is not enough and the cabbage begins to fry, then pour in about 50 or 100 ml of hot water. Stir the dish several times while cooking, keeping an eye on the liquid level at the bottom.
6. As soon as you hear a sound signal, the dish will be completely ready, it will acquire a bright and colorful color, appetizing appearance.
Put the stewed cabbage with minced meat on plates or on a dish, serve immediately after cooking, as it tastes only hot. You can add sour cream or garlic donuts to the dish.
