Everyone loves chicken chops with cheese! This is a delicious and completely win-win combination of tender chicken and cheese.

Making chicken chops with cheese is a snap, even novice hostesses can handle them. Due to the use of batter, the chicken fillet remains tender and juicy, and the cheese does not spread throughout the pan. The result is sure to delight you and your family.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g
- cheese - 150 g
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step recipe
1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into pieces 1-1.5 centimeters thick.
We beat the chopped pieces of meat with a hammer.
Salt and pepper the prepared meat.
2. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Now let's prepare the batter.
Break eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise and flour.
Salt a little and stir until smooth. You may need a little more flour.
The consistency of the batter should be like thick sour cream.
4. Before putting the chop in the pan, grease it on one side with batter.
And now we put the chop in a hot frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil, batter down.
5. On top, on each chop, put grated cheese in a small slide.
Now cover each chop with cheese on top with batter so that the cheese remains inside.
6. When the chops are browned on one side, turn them over to the other side.
Cover with a lid and fry over low heat for about 3-4 minutes, until tender.
Put the finished chops on a plate and serve.
