Ingredients:
Curly pasta - 300 gr.
Minced meat - 500 gr.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Spices for meat - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Milk - 200 ml.
Cheese - 100 gr.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Greens - for serving
How to cook:
Prepare food.
First of all, boil the pasta until it is al dente, that is, 5 minutes less than the time indicated on the package. Season the water with salt during boiling.
Put the finished pasta in a colander, rinse with cool water, let it drain completely.
Peel the root vegetables from the unnecessary top layer, rinse. Cut the onion into cubes and cut the carrots into large strips using a knife or peeler.
Fry the vegetables in oil for about 3 minutes, just making them softer, you do not need to fry.
Next, to the carrot-onion mixture, throw the raw minced meat, grind it with salt and ground pepper. Add more oil if necessary. Stir the minced meat frequently with a fork to break large pieces into smaller pieces. Grill it over high heat for no more than 3 minutes to keep it juicy.
Prepare a baking dish - grease the bottom and sides with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Divide the boiled pasta into two equal portions, place one part on the bottom of the container.
Top with minced meat with vegetables. Smooth out the mixture, distributing it over all pasta.
Prepare the casserole filling in parallel. Beat the specified number of eggs into a deep bowl, pour in milk, add pepper and salt. Thoroughly chop the mixture with a whisk until a homogeneous composition is obtained.
Put the pasta on top of the minced meat. Then fill the contents of the form with the egg-milk mixture.
Finally, cover the piece with hard cheese shavings, covering the entire perimeter.
Place the form in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Cook the dish for 20-25 minutes without lowering the temperature.
Cool the finished pasta and minced meat casserole completely, then it will be easy to cut into portions that will not decay.
Add chopped herbs to the dish.
