Ingredients:
squid
flour
eggs
garlic
mayonnaise

Preparation:
Let's prepare the squid first. We defrost the carcasses, clean them from the film (you can scald with boiling water - it comes off very easily), cut into rings about 1 cm thick.
Now let's prepare the batter. In a bowl, mix 2-3 eggs, a pinch of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of flour and half a teaspoon of baking powder. Stir until smooth and you can cook))
Roll the squid rings in flour, then dip in batter and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown. There should be a lot of vegetable oil, fry as in deep fat.
The squid cooks quickly, so it is literally fried for 2-3 minutes on each side.
In general, there are many recipes for batter, you can take anyone at all, I'm sure that you also have your own recipe for batter.
As a sauce, you can take any store: for example, cheese or tartar, or you can make it yourself: mix mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions, add chopped garlic and herbs.
