This is one of the most delicious cream that I know. Cakes with it turn out very tasty and tender, melt in your mouth. In general, this is my favorite among the cream, take a prescription note.

Ingredients:

butter
sugar
milk
water
gelatin
potato starch
eggs
vanillin (vanilla or sugar)

Take 5 eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks. Proteins yet set aside and rub the yolks with 0.5 cups sugar and vanillin (vanilla sugar) to taste. Then pour half a glass of milk and stir.

Now we take 0.5 tablespoon potato starch and diluted with water (half cup). Pouring to yolks, whisk, beat or a mixer until uniform and put in a water bath.

Cook, stirring constantly, until then, until the mixture thickens. Let cool and then adding 150 grams of softened butter.

We turn the other ingredients. Take 20 grams of gelatin and soaked it in a small amount of water for 15-20 minutes. Gray then in a water bath, and a thin stream (!), Pour in the cream. Gelatin must be completely dissolved before adding it to the cream.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and a half cup of sugar, then gently add in the cream and stir.

Well, all the cream "Bird's milk" is ready, it can be immediately used for the preparation of cakes, pastries and any other desserts. If you are cooking a large cake, the proportions need to be doubled. Enjoy tea, friends!
