"Riddle for Guests" salad. Many people doubt it, but those who tried it cook again! Yes, it's hard to imagine right away what will happen. But it's delicious! Moreover, it is unusual, interesting and festive!

I put eggs, salt and some black pepper into a bowl. Beat with a whisk. I add an incomplete spoonful of starch - mix well so that there are no lumps. With starch, the pancakes are thin and do not break later in the salad.

I'm frying pancakes. The first time I grease the pan with oil a little. It turns out usually 6 pieces.

I lay out the pancakes in a pile, fold and cut into thin strips.

I cut the herring not very finely (of course, I cleaned it first and removed all the bones). Cucumbers - straws.

I cut a little bacon (about 50 g) into pieces and fry in a pan. Then I put the bacon on a plate and fry the onion, cut into half rings.

For refueling, you can take mayonnaise. But I'm making a lighter sauce for this salad. Greek yogurt (or any other unsweetened yogurt or sour cream), some mustard, lemon juice, and a small clove of garlic.

I'm collecting salad. Sliced ​​egg pancakes, two small pickles (strips), herring pieces, sautéed onion and half bacon. I fill and mix.

I spread it on a dish, decorate it with the remaining slices of bacon on top.

You can sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. Very interesting salad. Tastes like smoked fish. Delicate egg pancakes and sourness from cucumber... You can replace cucumbers with Korean carrots. It is also very tasty and even more "elegant". The salad can be prepared in advance. When it stands, it tastes even better!

• Bacon - 50 g

• Starch - 1 tbsp. (incomplete)
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
For refueling:
• Greek yogurt (or sour cream) - 3 tbsp.
• Hot mustard - 1 tsp.
• Garlic - 0.5 tooth.
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
