Baking for every day "Skona". Basically, it's a big cookie. It is simple to prepare, it turns out appetizing in appearance, satisfying and tasty. Such pastries help me out, for example, when guests suddenly arrived, and there is nothing tasty for tea.

Recipe:
egg -1 pc
salt -1 / 3 tsp
sugar -50g
vanillin -1 pack
butter -100g
sour cream -120g
baking powder -1h.l
flour -300g
dried apricots -100g
raisins -100g
COOKING METHOD
And so we proceed. First, melt 100 grams of butter so that it has time to cool down a little.
Break 1 egg into a bowl, add 50 grams of sugar, 1/3 tsp. Beat the salt with a whisk and add 120 grams of sour cream, vanillin and pour in the butter. We mix everything. Measure out 300 grams of flour and add 1 tsp. baking powder. Now add flour with baking powder to the dough and knead the dough with a spatula. Now put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. During this time, soak 100 grams of dried apricots and raisins in hot water. Dry, cut dried apricots.
We take out the dough from the refrigerator and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. With our hands we form a circle with a diameter of 25 cm. Correct the edges with a spatula.
Now sprinkle with dried apricots and raisins on top, sprinkle with sugar. If you want it to turn out like biscuits, you can cut it into a triangle already at this stage.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, now cover with foil and continue to bake until tender for about another 20 minutes.
We take it out of the oven and cut it into triangles.
