I borrowed the recipe for yeast-free dough from the popular British chef Jamie Oliver. The secret of his popularity lies in the simplicity and availability of the dishes he cooks. At the same time, his recipes always have an unusual approach, cooking technique, and signature ideas that make them unique.
Jamie recommends using the kitchen machine to make thin yeast-free pizza dough. Just put all the ingredients in the bowl and in a minute you will have a ready-made semi-finished product.

Ingredients:
Flour - 1 glass
Water - 0.5 cups
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Course of action:
Prepare the required foods.
Place all the dough ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Combine all ingredients using the plastic knife attachment.
After mixing, evaluate the consistency of the dough. It must gather in a single lump.
In this case, the dough turned out to be of not quite the desired consistency, so you should add flour, about 1 tbsp.
When a single ball is formed, which at the same time cleans the walls of the bowl from flour residues, the kneading process is complete.
The dough is soft and elastic. If you don't use it right away, wrap it in food grade plastic wrap.
This amount (360 grams) is enough to make one large pizza or two medium sized ones.
In the next recipe, I will tell you how, according to Jamie Oliver's advice, make pizza from this dough in a minimum amount of time.
