Cooking healthy meal of chicken breast. It turns juicy, tender and very tasty.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
3 tomatoes
100 gr. grated cheese
salt
pepper
ground
ketchup
sour cream or yogurt
3 tbsp. l. lemon juice
basil
Preparation:
1. Chicken breasts wash and dry.
Then chicken grate inside and out with salt and pepper.
Very carefully in each breast to cut cross-cuts pockets. Fold in a separate bowl.
2. Green basil wash and dry them on a paper towel.
3. small-sized tomatoes and wash and cut into slices.
4. Hard cheese grate.
5. Each slotted pocket to put two basil leaves, a little cheese and tomato slices.
Lubricate breast ketchup and leave for 30 minutes.
6. Marinated breast sprinkle evenly all the meat with lemon juice. Then coat the entire breast with sour cream or yogurt.
7. Transfer the breast in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
8. Chicken bake at 200 degrees in the oven for about 35-45 minutes.
Chicken breast best served immediately after preparation of the hot, boiled potatoes or rice.

Cooking Tips:
- Stuffing can vary e.g. apples into thin slices, bell peppers, onion rings or zucchini, mushrooms or canned pineapple;
- breast is juicier if its pickle for a few hours in advance in cream or yogurt with the addition of grated garlic;
- basil is replaced with dill, parsley or other herbs.
