Pizza is an incredibly popular, tasty, hearty and loved all over the world dish of Italian cuisine. Our family was no exception, my family also love it dearly, so we have to cook it often enough and with various fillings. I think this is not surprising, most often I cook pizza with mozzarella, since it is with it that it turns out to be the most delicious, in my opinion. Be sure to cook it according to this recipe on occasion, it is incredibly delicious.

Ingredients:

Pizza dough - 300 g

Mozzarella - 125 g

Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.

Olives - 10-12 pcs.

Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons

Dried ham - 50 g

Flour - as needed

How to cook:

1. To make a mozzarella and tomato pizza at home, prepare the items on the list. I described the recipe for pizza dough that was perfect for me earlier. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella whey and the olive marinade. You can take absolutely any tomato sauce for lubricating the base, your favorite manufacturer.

2. While dusting the dough with flour, roll it out with your hands and give it a round shape. Place the workpiece in a mold about 30 centimeters in diameter. Cover with a waffle towel and let the dough rise slightly.

3. Brush your pizza base with a delicious and favorite tomato sauce. Tear the ham with your hands into thin slices, sprinkle them over the entire surface.

4. Place the mozzarella next, spread evenly.

5. Cut the cherry tomatoes into two parts, put them on a semi-finished pizza. I always spread it with the slice up.

6. Place the olives last, preferably pitted. Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature, mine is 350 degrees. Bake pizza on top and bottom heat for 7-10 minutes - look in your oven.

Incredibly appetizing, tasty and satisfying mozzarella pizza is ready. Cut it into pieces with a special knife and serve hot.
