Peking cabbage and smoked sausage salad

We are preparing a salad with Chinese cabbage and sausage today. Many people should like it. Firstly, because the salad is simply very tasty, and secondly, it turns out quite a lot, due to the addition of cabbage, and this fact will allow you to feed them a large number of guests or relatives. So, take note.

Ingredients:

Smoked sausage - 200 g

Peking cabbage - 120 g

Canned corn - 130 g

Fresh cucumbers - 90 g

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 1/3 tsp

Description:

1. To prepare food, it is important to use only fresh and, of course, the most delicious. Choose smoked sausage of the highest grade, preferably without large pieces of bacon. Take sugar corn so that it is sweet. For dressing, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream. Peking cabbage leaves should not be lethargic, have a bright green color and a dense structure - so the vegetable will be crispy and juicy in the salad - what you need.

2. Chop Chinese cabbage into strips or small pieces.

3. Free the smoked sausage from the protective film. Cut it into small pieces - cubes or strips, this is not particularly important, as you like best, do so.

4. Wash fresh cucumbers, pat dry with paper towels, trim off the ends on both sides. Cut vegetables into thin oblong strips.

5. Hard-boiled chicken eggs in advance, peel and cut into cubes.

6. Prepare the salad bowl - unload all prepared chopped ingredients. Uncork a jar of sweet corn, drain the marinade, and transfer it to a container. Season the dish with mayonnaise, dry granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix all components.

You can serve salad to the table as lunch or dinner.
