Low-fat and moisture-free cottage cheese too dry, hard, does not have a tasty creamy aroma. And from a soft, with a high percentage of fat content, perhaps the best casseroles and cheesecakes come out. You can not wipe / punch this, baking in any case will be appetizing and high quality.

Ingredients:

Curd from 9% - 300 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Sugar - 30 g

Flour - 60 g

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make delicious soft cottage cheese pancakes at home, take the products on the list. For frying, choose refined sunflower or corn oil, it does not smoke and has a neutral aroma. Also cheesecakes can be baked without fat, in a hot non-stick pan. If you want a crispier crust, use white rusks for breading. If you like the delicate velvety shell, follow the step by step recipe and sprinkle the blanks with a thin layer of wheat flour.

Step 2 - Mix fresh soft cottage cheese with granulated sugar and egg. Love sweeter, increase the sugar portion. Often vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, ground cinnamon, raisins or other dried fruits, candied fruits cut into small pieces are introduced.

Step 3 - Mix thoroughly so that all the cottage cheese is saturated with the egg, and the sugar is evenly distributed throughout the mass. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. flour. We continue mixing. If you see that it is not enough, add more. But the less flour and more cottage cheese, the tastier the cheese cakes.

Step 4 - Curd dough for cheesecakes should be soft, slightly sticky.

Step 5 - Pinch off a small piece from the coma and form round, flattened cakes, sprinkle with flour on all sides, including the board. At this stage, semi-finished cheese cakes are frozen by many: they are removed, laid out on a board, in one layer in the freezer until completely hardened. Then they are packed for storage and fried as needed immediately, without thawing.

Step 6 - Today we bake without delay, in a pre-heated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Blush on both sides and transfer to a paper towel, remove excess fat.

We serve tender cottage cheese pancakes warm or cooled, for example, with sour cream and jam.
